After over 10 years in the Office Administration industry, I decided to alter my direction by trying to work from home. I went on an incredible learning curve and began learning EVERYTHING I possibly could. I then realized that I absolutely LOVE being a Virtual Assistant because I realized my passion was helping others. I went on to create and build an amazing team. My Consultation includes a comprehensive audit that helps to identify how I can help and if we are a good fit. I currently work with a team of 4 Virtual Assistants that help me, help you. There will NEVER be any excuses why a task was not done. Having a team ensures that no task gets slipped through the cracks even if I am sick or have to be out battling life! I'm super flexible! I use email, telephone, Whatsapp, Zoom, Skype, messenger, screen-sharing and project management tools to communicate. I'm always doing my best to accommodate your business and your preferred style of communication when delegating tasks.

What is a Virtual Assistant?

 A virtual assistant or VA is a professional business that provides administrative, marketing, project management, creative, and technical support to business owners, entrepreneurs and other busy professionals. Virtual Assistants work from their own offices and use their own equipment and software. VA’s are subcontractors that are only paid for the hours required to perform each task. Since we are not an employee, you do not pay for breaks, lunches, vacations and benefits. 

Why would I work with a VA, when I can do everything myself?

You simply can’t continue to do it all yourself and enjoy life! Working SMART means working ON your business, NOT in it! Working with a VA will give you back time so that you can concentrate on reaching your business goals. Instead of being bogged down with the daily nitty gritty work you can concentrate on parts of the business you love that bring growth! Is my information Secure?

With Password protection/sharing sites like Lastpass. I also use paid features of antivirus software like Avast. I'm also very big on Ethics and treat every bit of information as private and confidential.  I understand that trust is crucial when hiring an assistant, and it’s my commitment to our clients to operate with the utmost care.  NDA's are also signed and welcomed.  

How does the Billing Process Work?

You select the amount of hours you would like under each Skill level/Service and pay via Paypal. It's That Simple! 

We also offer billing via credit card through payoneer. Other Payment Options will become available soon.
